Boxing Boots

Boxing boots are lightweight shoes built for footwork, in training and in the ring. Many uppers combine suede, PU or synthetic leather with mesh panels for breathability.

The main choice is cut height, a trade-off between mobility and ankle support. Low-tops are lighter and leave the ankle free to move. High-tops come further up the leg for more ankle support and stability. Three-quarter and mid cuts sit in between.

Check sizing model by model. Size ranges differ between brands, and sometimes between colourways of the same boot. Read each maker's fit notes too: a maker may advise sizing down if its boot runs large. If you are buying for competition, check your club's or event's footwear rules.
