Groin Protection for Kung Fu

A groin guard is compulsory in BCCMA Light Sanda (BCCMA Light Sanda rules 2024, Rule 11.1). You always bring your own groin cup, worn under your trunks (Rule 11). Under IWUF's Sanda rules, competitors also provide their own groin cups, which must be worn under the trunks (IWUF Sanda rules 2024, Article 7.3).

This listing shows one cup: a polycarbonate-shell cup on an adjustable waistband, which its maker says protects the male genital area. Larger abdominal no-foul protectors are not listed for Sanda, because both rulebooks describe a cup worn under the trunks.

For women, Light Sanda allows a chest protector under the top (Rule 11). We do not yet list a women's chest guard to wear under the top, or a women's groin guard, for Sanda. Ask the organiser what they accept.
