Essimo

Essimo is a judo and martial arts brand from Essimo B.V. of Den Helder in the Netherlands. Its website says the brand was founded in 2000 by Patrick van Kalken.

The International Judo Federation (IJF) lists Essimo BV as an IJF Official Judogi Supplier. The listing covers the supplier, not every judogi it sells. Essimo groups the models it says are IJF approved in its own IJF Approved range, and we record that model by model.

Essimo's own online store prices in euros. In the UK, Essimo judogi are sold in GBP by essimo.co.uk, a web shop owned by Ultimat Defence Limited of Wigan. Essimo's website does not list its distributors, so we do not describe that shop as an authorised Essimo retailer.
